Inside the original Tivoli building on Avenida da Liberdade
The high ceilings remain from the Tivoli. The dinosaur skeleton hangs full-scale above the dining room. The kitchen sends out Portuguese dishes with a deliberate twist, alongside international staples that locals return for twice in forty-eight hours.
Downstairs, the Delibar houses the wine cellar and runs until midnight with live DJs after eight. No reservations, just bar seating and a lighter menu. The main restaurant upstairs requires booking, even for one.
The chef's menu runs €110 per person. Tap water is €3.50. The lobster hot dog appears on both menus. Rodrigo works the floor most evenings.
